Yay! It is that time of year. If you would like to celebrate and meet some new blogging friends then you must visit the Ultimate Blog Party. Click on the banner below and you will be able to link up. There are several ways to link up including: Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. There are also many prizes during this event, as well as twitter parties and live chats.
This event takes place yearly and was created by 5 Minutes for Mom. This is my second year participating and it is a great resource. Have fun! I hope to see you at one of the events (virtually).
I discovered a blog that features “Reclaimed Furniture.” The artist transforms pieces and updates them. Since I have been posting about furniture transformations, I thought I would share this blog with you.
The photo below is what caught my eye on Pinterest. The blog is called, Before Meets After.
Before Meets After
Happy Thanksgiving. I will not be posting tomorrow. Please enjoy your time with family and friends.
Have you heard of Pinterest? I discovered this workspace table there and then visited the blog of Girl Inspired. The table is modeled after a Pottery Barn table.

Isn’t this a great idea? I love the shelving on the sides and then the nice big workspace on top. This is a project I would like to accomplish after our next move. Currently, I am using an old buffet table that I have painted white and still need to add new nobs.

The photo below is what inspired me to alter the buffet table. I really like the stenciling, but am not sure I want it for the top of my art workspace. The stenciling would quickly be ruined. I think metal or plexiglass/glass tops are the best surface for art workspaces, do you agree?
